Info Drive to setup subsidiaries in USA, Singapore

Info Drive Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, has decided to incorporate wholly owned subsidiaries in United States of America and Singapore and authorized Mr. V N Seshagiri Rao or Mr. K Shivakumar to take necessary steps towards the same.
