Subex Azure Board declares 15% interim dividend

Subex Azure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, has declared interim dividend @ 15% on the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.
