Surya Roshni Board approves expansion of CFL project, investment in real estate business

Surya Roshni Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. The Board of Directors has given the approval of expansion of CFL Project at a total cost of Rs 20.00 cores.

2. The Board has also approved the incorporation of separate segment and investment upto Rs 10.00 cores in the real estate business.
