GMM Pfaudler Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended December 31, 2006.

2. Payment of Third Interim Dividend, if any.

3. Fixation of Record Date for the purpose of payment of Third Interim Dividend, if any.
