Visagar Polytex allots 10000 shares

Visagar Polytex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2010, has resolved and allotted 10,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each in exchange of Warrants, which were issued on February 11, 2010 to Promoters and Non Promoters in terms of Special Resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on January 08, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.129. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.131 and low of Rs.128.80.

The total traded quantity was 4545 compared to 2 week average of 2801.
