Balmer Lawrie Investments Board to consider interim dividend

Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2006 & will also consider declaring payment of interim dividend, on the basis of available profit for the nine months period ended on December 31, 2006.
