Amit Spinning Updates on BIFR de-registration

Amit Spinning Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the BIFR has de-registered the Company from the purview of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special provisions) Act, 1985 vide BIFR order dated January 05, 2007 considering the positive net worth of the Company as per the audited balance sheet as on March 31, 2006.

In view of the above the case No.95/2005 registered with the BIFR under Section 15(1) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special provisions) Act, 1985 stands de-registered with immediate effect.
