State Bank of India (SBI) has announced that the Bank has concluded an issue of USD 50 Million Senior Debt, Fixed Rate Bonds, having a maturity of 3 years at a coupon of 3.25% p.a. payable annually under the MTN Programme. The bonds will be issued as of April 30, 2010.
