Hind Aluminium to consider allotment of 13 lakh shares

Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve allotment of upto 13,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- to Resident individuals / entities on preferential allotment basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.45.20, up by Rs.0.45 or 1.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47.65 and low of Rs.45.05.
