RAS Extrusions approves allotment of shares

Ras Extrusions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2010, have approved the allotment of 7,50,000 Equity shares each to Promoters' Associates and Co-Promoters aggregating to 15,00,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each in terms of the Sanctioned Scheme approved by Honourable BIFR, New Delhi.
