Surya Pharma to consider allotment of 47 lakh warrants

Surya Pharmaceutical Ltd has announced that the Board Meeting was convened to be held on April 22, 2010, to consider the allotment of 47,00,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Share Warrants on preferential basis.

Since in-principle approval from the Exchange is still awaited, the Board decided to adjourn the meeting to be held on April 29, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.185.30, up by Rs.0.80 or 0.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.187.75 and low of Rs.184.25.

The total traded uantity was 24468 compared to 2 week average of 72082.
