Camlin allots 42850 shares

Camlin Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company, at the meeting held on April 21, 2010, have allotted 42,850 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each to employees who have exercised their option to apply for equity shares as per the "Camlin Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008". The shares are allotted at a price of Rs. 16/- per equity share.

Consequent, to this allotment the paid up Equity Share capital of the Company is 6,02,96,375 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.26.40, up by Rs.0.40 or 1.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.60 and low of Rs.25.75.

The total traded quantity was 34571 compared to 2 week average of 150026.
