Softpro Systems Ltd allots 350000 shares on conversion of warrants

Softpro Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2010 have allotted 3,50,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- upon exercise of the right of conversion for 3,50,000 Fully convertible warrants held by the Warrant holder.

Accordingly the equity share capital of the Company post allotment of 3,50,000 shares as mentioned above, stands at 76,25,000 Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.297, up by Rs.7 or 2.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.297 and low of Rs.297.

The total traded quantity was 1 compared to 2 week average of 606.
