Solvay Pharma Board recommends 80% dividend

Solvay Pharma India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend of Rs 8/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the year ended December 31, 2006.
