Vivimed Laboratories to approve warrants issue on Apr 24, 2010

Vivimed Labs Ltd has announced that as informed earlier, Members of the Company in their Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on March 05, 2010 approved issue of Warrants on Preferential Basis. The Company has received in-principle approvals from both the Exchanges and has decided to hold its Board Meeting on April 24, 2010 to consider receipt of Warrant Application Money and allot warrants to the allottees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.163.75, up by Rs.8.05 or 5.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.167 and low of Rs.157.75.

The total traded quantity was 112896 compared to 2 week average of 54228.
