Choksi Laboratories to consider allotment of 1235663 warrants

Choksi Laboratories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 24, 2010, inter alia, to consider allotment of 12,35,663 (Twelve Lacs Thirty Five Thousand Six Hundred And Sixty Three Only) convertible equity warrants on preferential basis by the Company.
