HCL Infosystems Board declares second interim dividend of 100%

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2007, inter alia, has approved the payment of 2nd Interim dividend @100% on the paid up share capital of the Company for the year 2006-2007.
