With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Scandent to get off Cambridge Solution", Cambridge Solutions Ltd has clarified that this is not a press release by the Company but an article citing undisclosed sources. The Company is not aware of any such development and it has not been informed of any such intent by Scandent Group, its majority shareholder. The Company would not like to comment on behalf of any of its shareholders.
