Shakti Met-Dor AGM approves dividend of 20%

Shakti Met-Dor Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 18, 2006 have also approved payment of the proposed Dividend of 20% on the equity shares Rs 10 each paid up.
