Northgate Technologies to raise Rs 25 crores

Northgate Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 15, 2010, has considered and approved the plan of fund raising through equity offerings and/or borrowings, up to an amount of Rs. 25 Crores (Rupees Twenty Five Crores only) subject to shareholders and other approvals.

The stock was trading at Rs.19.30, down by Rs.1 or 4.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.21.15 and low of Rs.19.25.

The total traded quantity was 181255 compared to 2 week average of 202666.
