Responsive Polymers Board to consider bonus issue

Responsive Polymers Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2006, will also consider Issue of Bonus Shares to the shareholders of the Company, subject to necessary approvals.
