Minaxi Textiles Board to consider stock split

Minaxi Textiles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, to sub-divide the equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each in 1 equity shares of the face value of Rs 1/- each credited as fully paidup.
