Sumeet Industries has land bank of 55 acres near Kandla Port

Sumeet Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 03, 2007, to consider the following:

1. Company has land bank of 55 Acres near Kandla Port, District Bhuj, Gujarat. The Company is in process to acquire further land of 200 Acres in the adjoining area. The Company is considering joint venture with renowned infrastructure Company for development of Industrial Park & Power Generation Plant for captive generation with infrastructure facilities like Power, Water, Road etc in 255 Acres Land.

2. Amalgamation of other Group Companies with the Company.
