S.Kumars Nationwide Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2006, has noted the current status of the acquisition process of the Home Textiles retail and distribution Company in the USA, particularly the progress of the due diligence procedure and related issues.
