Indiabulls Financial Board to consider interim dividend

Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record, unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2006, and to consider interim dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2006-2007.
