Wheels India Board to consider interim dividend

Wheels India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2007, to consider interim dividend for the year 2006-07 and to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.
