Videocon Industries Board to recommend dividend

Videocon Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2006.

2. To receive, consider and take on record the Audited Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account & Cash Flow Statements) for the Financial Year ended on September 30, 2006.

3. To recommend Dividend, if any.

4. To fix the date(s) of Book Closure for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and dividend, if any.

5. To fix the day, date, time and venue of 18th Annual General Meeting and approve the draft Notice of Annual General Meeting.
