Krishna Deep Trade & Investments Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 08, 2010, to issue and allot 28,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each issued at a premium of Rs. 2/- each - to other investors (Non Promoters) on preferential allotment basis.
