Punjab National Bank Board to consider interim dividend

Punjab National Bank has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank scheduled to be held on January 31, 2007, for taking on record the Reviewed Financial Result for the quarter ended December 31, 2006, the Board will also consider declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2006-2007.
