RIL allots 43533 Equity Shares

Reliance Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 43,533 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, on March 31, 2010 to its employees, pursuant to the Employees Stock Option Scheme. Consequently, the equity shares capital of the Company as on March 31, 2010 shall stand increased to Rs. 3270.37 crore comprising 327,03,74,360 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.1126.65, up by Rs.5.50 or 0.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1171 and low of Rs.1123.05.

The total traded quantity was 702562 compared to 2 week average of 614558.
