Alphageo India allots 2000 shares under ESOS

Alphageo (India) Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 05, 2010 has allotted 2000 (Two Thousand Only) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each upon exercise of the options given to employees and directors, in accordance with the approved Alphageo ESOS Scheme 2008.

The stock closed the day at Rs.221.05, down by Rs.1.60 or 0.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.228.50 and low of Rs.220.

The total traded quantity was 16617 compared to 2 week average of 63554.
