Polaris Software fixes Record Date for payment of interim dividend

Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that February 07, 2007, has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend. The Interim dividend as aforesaid shall be paid from February 14, 2007.
