Southern Ispat to consider raising funds on Apr 07, 2010

Southern Ispat Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 07, 2010, to consider increase in size of FCCB/ADR/GDR issue and to consider increase in Authorized Capital.

The Board will also consider the list of allottees for warrant Issue and to apply for in principal approval from stock exchanges.

The stock was trading at Rs.20.60, up by Rs.0.95 or 4.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.60 and low of Rs.18.70.

The total traded quantity was 542839 compared to 2 week average of 251004.
