Merck Board recommends dividend

Merck Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 20.00 per share, which includes a special 40th anniversary dividend of Rs 5.00 per share.
