Chromatic India to allot 15 lakh warrants

Chromatic India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2010, has decided to allot 1500000 warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.28.50, up by Rs.1.35 or 4.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.28.50 and low of Rs.25.80.

The total traded quantity was 16605 compared to 2 week average of 6232.
