Ruchi Soya allots 21154000 shares

Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has announced that on receipt of balance amount on exercise of conversion option of 2,11,54,000 warrants, the Board at its meeting held on March 30, 2010 has, inter alia allotted 2,11,54,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Company to certain promoters, their relatives and associates. Post such allotment the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 52,57,77,720/- divided into 262888860 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.98, up by Rs.0.60 or 0.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.100.50 and low of Rs.93.50.

The total traded quantity was 2694755 compared to 2 week average of 1389029.
