Supertex Industries allots shares on conversion of warrants

Supertex Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2010, has issued Equity Shares in lieu of Convertible Equity Warrants issued on preferential basis to those allottees from whom the full consideration for the Convertible Equity warrants has been received by the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.3.09, up by Rs.0.14 or 4.75%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.09 and low of Rs.3.02.

The total traded quantity was 1417755 compared to 2 week average of 2316224.
