Fact Enterprise allots 10225000 warrants

Fact Enterprise Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2010, has allotted 1,02,25,000 Warrants convertible in to one Equity Share each in first trache out of the Preferential Issue of 1,50,00,000 warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.31.20, up by Rs.1.45 or 4.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31.20 and low of Rs.29.65.

The total traded quantity was 10355 compared to 2 week average of 168746.
