DLF allots 20290 Equity Shares under ESOP

DLF Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors has allotted 20290 Equity Shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each upon exercise of Options by the employees under the Company's Employees Stock Options Scheme.

The stock closed the day at Rs.310.35, down by Rs.2.60 or 0.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.315.80 and low of Rs.308.25.

The total traded quantity was 1310798 compared to 2 week average of 2231685.
