Karur Vysya Bank allots 470250 Shares under ESOS

Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of the Bank at its meeting held on February 24, 2010, allotted 4,70,250 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to exercise of options by the eligible employees under Karur Vysya Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme 2008 (KVBESOS 2008)- Tranche 1.

The stock closed the day at Rs.382.20, down by Rs.1.20 or 0.31%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.387 and low of Rs.379.15.
