Mold Tek Technologies approves preferential issue

Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2010, has considered and approved the Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares to Mold-Tek Plastics Ltd., RMM Global LLC, and Technet Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., at Rs. 75/- per Equity Share (Comprising nominal value of Rs. 10/- and Premium of Rs. 65/- each).

The Board also granted options to Employees under Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd Employees Stock Option Scheme 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.68.30, down by Rs.1.30 or 1.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.71.80 and low of Rs.68.25.

The total traded quantity was 18533 compared to 2 week average of 9112.
