L&T allots 419688 Shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) has announced that the Company has allotted 4,19,688 (Four Lakh Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Eight only) shares on February 22, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock was trading at Rs.1486, up by Rs.10.70 or 0.73%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1498.50 and low of Rs.1478.

The total traded quantity was 135567 compared to 2 week average of 228979.
