Oracle Financial Services Software to consider ESOP allotment on Feb 26, 2010

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has announced that a meeting of ESOP Allotment Committee of the Company will be held on February 26, 2010 to consider allotment of shares to the eligible employees who have chosen to exercise their options under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP), 2002 of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.2230, up by Rs.24.20 or 1.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2245 and low of Rs.2220.10.

The total traded quantity was 3868 compared to 2 week average of 16949.
