Fact Enterprise approves preferential issue

Fact Enterprise Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2010, inter alia, has recommended the Preferential Issue upto 1,50,00,000 Equity Shares to the interested investors of the Company.

Further, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to call the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company on March 08, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.22.05, down by Rs.0.45 or 2%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.22.60 and low of Rs.21.40.

The total traded quantity was 158218 compared to 2 week average of 96767.
