Suave Hotels to consider allotment of 12.50 lakh shares on Feb 03, 2010

Suave Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 03, 2010, to consider for Allotment of 12,50,000 fully paid up equity shares on conversion of warrants which were earlier passed in principle approval for the allotment of preferential warrant received from the stock exchange.

The stock closed the day at Rs.49.90, up by Rs.2.35 or 4.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.49.90 and low of Rs.46.30.

The total traded quantity was 35849 compared to 2 week average of 12472.
