B.A.G. Films allots 105000 Equity Shares under ESOP

B.A.G. Films and Media Ltd has announced that the ESOP Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors in its meeting held on January 30, 2010 has allotted 1,05,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each under "the BAG ESOP Scheme" at a price of Rs. 13/- per shares (including a premium of Rs. 11/- per equity shares) to the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries as per their exercise requests.

The stock was trading at Rs.19.40, up by Rs.0.35 or 1.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.85 and low of Rs.19.30.

The total traded quantity was 53859 compared to 2 week average of 198788.
