Ganesh Polytex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2010, has allotted 30,00,000 Warrants to the Promoters and Others on Preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.37.15, down by Rs.0.75 or 1.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.38.05 and low of Rs.36.05.
