Aadi Industries approves issue of 30 lakh shares

Aadi Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 16, 2010, inter alia, has approved the issue of the 30,00,000 Equity Shares on Preferential basis to the persons other than Promoters of the Company.
