Celestial Labs allots 22 lakh warrants

Celestial Labs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2010, inter alia, have made allotment of 22,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares within a period of 18 months at a price of Rs. 27/- per warrant in accordance with SEBI Guidelines.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.35.35, down by Rs.1.20 or 3.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.40 and low of Rs.35.10.

The total traded quantity was 29826 compared to 2 week average of 133952.
