Superhouse to consider conversion of warrants on Jan 30, 2010

Superhouse Ltd has announced that a meeting of Board of directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2010, it is proposed to allot the equity shares on preferential basis to the promoters/promoters group consequent to the part conversion of 1964249 warrants of Rs. 27/- each allotted to the promoters/promoters group on September 10, 2008.
